La corte establece que dada la naturaleza de la entidad demandada, la competencia de corresponde a los jueces con categoria del circuito.
En tal sentido ordena remitir el expediente al juzgado primero penal del circuito especializado de neiva para que adelante la correspondiente actuacion judicial.

- Primero. Penal del Circuito Especializado de Neiva, para adelante la correspondiente actuación judicial.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaría General COMUNÍQUESE al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Huila, Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aquí resuelto por la Corte Constitucional en relación con el conflicto de competencia.
